We fully extract our worms from bedding before weighing, so you only pay for the actual weight of worms. Look at the photo of the worms on the scales, there is nothing but worms.

We harvest and ship worms on the business day after receiving your order (sometimes on the same day for orders received by 11.00am).

We ship throughout the year. It doesn't matter what season or what temperature it is.

Our worms are packaged in professionally designed fresh bedding with food for the journey, so they remain healthy. Our packaging is entirely biodegradable and can be cut up and added to your worm farm upon arrival.
